OUR MENU – Week of August 14th Days-FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Each week we will be publishing our regular menu, no carb menu, vegan menu, and family meal.

If you are on our JUICE KLEANSE: we suggest having a juice for breakfast, as a mid morning and afternoon snack plus a Klean meal for lunch and dinner. While the order is not as important, you should be having either a juice or meal every 3 hours plus lots of water to aid in detox flushing.

*Please note that the “Pescatarian” menu follows the Vegan menu but gets the regular egg and yogurt breakfast plus the fish dishes twice a week.
